A three-day water fast, held over three nights and four days at a 25-acre sanctuary in Byron Bay, guided throughout by an integrative naturopath. Days are structured around restorative yoga, qigong, meditation, FIR saunas, ice baths, bioacoustic sessions, and nature walks, with naturopathic detox supplements included. This is a complete fast, not a juice cleanse or reduced-calorie programme, which sets the terms clearly from the start. Prior fasting experience is required, and a health assessment precedes acceptance.
